7 Portraits in set: Drawings by Sir George Hayter, illustrating his riding accident in 1821

A series of seven humorous self-portraits illustrating the artist's riding accident in the Harrow Road in 1821 and its aftermath. The first four depict the accident itself on 12 August in which he broke his collar bone, while the second three show Hayter in faintly exotic costume coping with a sleepness night on 22 August.
