Indian Miniature CPD Day

Led by artist Anita Chowdry, this practical session draws inspiration from the exhibition The Indian Portrait: 1560-1860. Teachers gain from a free exhibition visit, learn how to make paint from minerals, how to draw with brush and ink and various techniques for colouring their miniatures. Also introduces how to paint miniatures with KS2 pupils, inspired both by Indian and Tudor miniature painting.
