Letter from B.R. Haydon to William Seguier, dated 1842, responding to the accusation that he quarrels 'with all Men who are most disposed to serve me'.
 Letter Sir George Beaumont did not introduce me - Wilkie at Mulgrave Castle 1806 - wrote me an order to paint Dentatus for Lord Mulgrave & his Lordship's coming to town I dined there before I had seen Sir George - you know Sir George broke his honor with me - & to the day of his Death felt pain at his treatment - I have never quarrelled with any one who did not break his honor, and always quarrelled with those who did and always will.
