Letter

London Nov. the 28 1778

Mrs Angelica Kauffman presents her Compliments to Mr Daulby acquaints him that her fixed price for a small full length portrait is 30 guineas, the canvase about 2 feet 6 inches high, by two feet wide, that is her smallest size for portraits full length.
She has smaller sizes for historical, or fancy figures - a single figure in a canvase about half the size of the above mentioned, is 15 guineas, and a single figure on a canvase, or copper plate of about one foot, comes to ten guineas - which is the smallest size.
