Geraldine McEwan
(b.1932)

Made her stage debut in 1946 at Theatre Royal, Windsor, followed by a number of Shakespearean roles at Stratford Memorial Theatre. Screen debut as Irene in There Was a Young Lady (1953) and notable TV series including The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie (1978) and Mapp and Lucia (1985).
