'Most people are other people': Portraits of Actors by Stuart Pearson Wright

Until 11 June 2006
Room 37a

Tom Hollander
by Stuart Pearson Wright, 2004
© Stuart Pearson Wright

This display is a celebration of the actor's profession and a survey of the great wealth of talent that exists in Britain today. Bringing together actors from film, theatre and television, these drawings give us a rare insight into their private moments behind the public image, raising questions of self, reality and the performance of everyday life.
