Ricketts and Shannon: A creative partnership

This display celebrates the artistic and personal partnership of the painter Charles Haslewood Shannon (1863–1937) and the artist and theatre designer Charles de Sousy Ricketts (1866–1931): fascinating figures in the London art scene of the late nineteenth century. Shannon’s chalk drawings and lithographs will be shown alongside portraits of Ricketts and Shannon by Sir William Rothenstein and George Charles Beresford.
