Bellows

The Gallery is proud to present a performance by Bellows on the opening night of the London Jazz Festival 2009. Bellows could easily be labelled rather simplistically as either ‘post-jazz’ or ‘post-rock’ but they describe their sound as “cinematic instrumental music” and jump between classifications and genres with ease.  The Brighton-based collective’s musical background is eclectic and their influences range from contemporary sonic experimentalists through to the older masters. Their beguiling, brooding, multi-layered sounds appeal to listeners from across the board.
