Walk:
Kar’s World
Led
by Blue Badge Guide Sarah Ciacci, this walk will take you around Ida Kar’s
artistic London – from 1 Litchfield Street in Soho where authors and painters
mixed with socialites and the demi-monde’ to the sites of Gallery One and her
favourite watering hole. The day begins with an introductory talk examining her
importance as a photographer. Includes entry to the exhibition.

Three-day Workshop: Boho Scene
Create
your own short digital film in response to Ida Kar: Bohemian Photographer. Work in a team to
experiment with both video and still cameras, along with editing software. Led
by artists Melissa Bliss and Simon Green. Culminates in a public screening on
Friday 15 April at 17.00.
