The entry fee for this competition is £36

Please complete the entry form that follows fully. Incomplete entries will not be processed.

Please note that:

• the entry fee is non-refundable
• the stated date of first sitting should be before the stated date of completion
• a date of completion should be entered, even if it is prospective only
• the telephone number fields only accept digits: do not use brackets or + signs
• If you are experiencing problems entering the BP Portrait Award 2013 please email bpaward@npg.org.uk detailing the problem and we will reply to your enquiry as soon as possible.
