In 2015, BP Portrait Award: Next Generation has two exciting free term-time events, a Teachers’ CPD Workshop on Saturday 4 July from 11.00 – 16.00 and BP Portrait Award: Next Generation Meet the Artist with talks by BP Portrait Award-winning artists and portfolio critiques for secondary school groups on Tuesday 15 September, 10.30 – 13.00. Support your classroom teaching with the ‘How To’ videos on this page featuring methods and approaches for painting portraits from practising artists, including past winners of the BP Portrait Award.
