Delve into the world of Coco Chanel, Elsa Schiaparelli and Man Ray's stylish portraits with scholars of fashion Caroline Evans and Alistair O'Neill.

Caroline Evans is a Professor of Fashion History and Theory at Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design. She is currently researching modernism, fashion and film in the early twentieth century. She has written many books and articles including Fashion at the Edge: Spectacle, Modernity and Deathliness. She is a visiting professor at the Centre for Fashion Studies, Stockholm University and is co-curating the fourth London Fashion in Film Festival.

Alistair O'Neill is Reader of Fashion History and Theory at Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design. He is the author of London: After a Fashion and is currently working on a major fashion exhibition at Somerset House opening in November.
