ELTON JOHN

Sir Elton John's music career has spanned four decades. He has sold more than 200 million records, making him one of the most successful musicians of all time. In 1992 he set up the Elton John AIDS Foundation. Since its inception, the Foundation has given out more than £50,000,000 of funding for HIV/AIDS projects in fifty-five countries across the world. In 1998 John was honoured with a knighthood for services to music and charitable services.
