Nobel Prize Laureates
The Nobel Prize is a set of international awards, presented annually to individuals by committees in Sweden and Norway. Established by the chemist and engineer Alfred Bernhard Nobel in 1895, the prize is awarded to those recognised for making advancements in the fields of Chemistry, Physics, literature and Peace. Since 1968, the central bank of Sweden has also awarded the prize for economic sciences.
