Published in Punch, 19 January 1927, with in the background one of Frampton's best known and best loved works Peter Pan (Kensington Gardens,1909-11; cast, Sefton Park, Liverpool, 1929), the bronze statue commissioned by J.M. Barrie to immortalise his child hero.
