Painter; later Chaplain to the Prince Regent. He has shown himself at the age of 16 having his portrait painted by Robert West, his master at the Royal Dublin Society Schools. Peters became known for his portraits and his somewhat salacious images of women but he eventually gave up painting and entered the Church.
