I have a portrait - of me - aged 1 - taken in 1946. 7cm x 9cm - overall including frame: 11 x 14. It is signed 'Douglas Glass '46' and on the reverse of the frame are the words: 'Copyright. DOUGLASS GLASS. 20 Abingdon Villas, London, W8. TELEPHONE: WESTERN 2336'

Douglas Glass is mentioned briefly in My Life And Crimes, a memoir by Reginald Reynolds who was a friend of George Orwell.

Douglas Glass taught me at the Maidstone College of Art in the late 50s. I am fortunate to have been photographed by him and still have the print.
