Her first name was Eadey, and her maiden name Jacob as shown by a transcription of a memorial at Folkestone in "Miscellanea genealogica et heraldica":

Phineas Jacob died 7 April 1816, aged 65. Also Phineas son of above died in infancy. Eadey daughter of above and wife of John Harris Frewer died at
Norwich May 27, 1810, [sic] aged 36. Also Rebecca wife of Phineas Jacob died 16 Jan. 1827, aged 73.

Mrs Frewer died in Norwich in July 1816 at the age of 36. According to the New Monthly Magazine:
"At Norwich, Mrs. Frewer, who to superior mental endowments united many accomplishments, 36. In painting and drawing she had attained great excellence; the productions of her pencil being alike conspicuous for taste, genius, and execution"

It seems likely that this engraving by W. C. Edwards was based on the painting by Joseph Clover which was exhibited with the Norwich Society of Artists in 1816, titles "Portrait of the late Mrs Frewer.
