Mark Eley

Mark Eley and Wakako Kishimoto founded the London-based fashion and design company Eley Kishimoto in the early 1990s. Best-known for innovative print design and collaborations with fashion houses such as Louis Vuitton, Alexander McQueen and Jil Sander. Since the mid 1990s Eley Kishimoto has showcased a catwalk collection for each season at London Fashion Week. Their prints have also appeared on furnishings, packaging and within architecture. The duo were appointed creative directors of the fashion house Cacharel (2008-9) and are currently directors of a new Laura Ashley line for the Japanese market.
