The name Kenneth Imeson is that of the former headmaster of Nottingham High School.

Kenneth Imeson was formerly a much respected head master of Sir Joseph Williamson’s Mathematical School, Rochester, Kent and moved to Nottingham in about 1953. Both schools, under his leadership, attained a high educational standard and reputation.
