Peter was my uncle - he had a fascinating, rather wild life - if anyone wants to know anything let me know. He was an artist of some note and, I believe, though quite happy to be corrected, held the record for the number of consecutive years (42?) to have a painting accepted for the RA summer Exhibition.
I have several of his works and am waiting for them to go up in value ;-) lol
