Julian Broad

Julian Broad started his career working as assistant to photographer Derrick Richards before spending two years as assistant to Lord Snowdon. At the age of twenty-three he started working as a freelance photographer for Arena and The Face magazines. In 1989 he won the best newcomer award from the Bradford Museum of Photography and then worked for two years under contract for Harper's and Queen. Since then he has worked on numerous prestigious advertising campaigns and has had his photographs published in many major magazines including Vanity Fair, Harper's Bazaar, Life and Rolling Stone.
