Dennis O'Kelly and his business colleague William Wildman were well known to a similar horse breeder, trainer and racer, Philip Burlton. He in turn was well acquainted with Sir John Lindsay KB, Prince of Arcot, whom had vested interest in Burlton and his links to O'Kelly and Wildman. They all gambled. Sir John was the father of Dido Elizabeth Belle, whom I am researching. Dennis styled himself as Count Kelly.
