Politis is a Greek photographer, born in Denmark in 1969. He moved to the UK in 1989 and studied at Bournemouth and Poole College of Art & Design from 1990-1993 under Tony Maestri and Geoff Drury. He has been based in London since 1993 and is the recipient of many awards including the Association of Photographers Gold Award 2019 for his portrait of Yasmine Nagdhi, a principal dancer in the Royal Ballet.

Greek, born in Denmark in 1969. Moved to UK in 1989. Studied at Bournemouth and Poole College of Art & Design,U.K, from 1990-1993 under Tony Maestri and Geoff Drury.
London based since 1993 and recipient of many awards including Association Of Photographers Gold Award 2019 for portrait of Royal Opera Ballet Dancer Yasmine Nagdhi.
