Bishop William George Tozer could not have been Bishop of Honduras in 1867 at the time of the Lambeth Conference. He was the Bishop of Central Africa at that time. Only later in 1879 did he become Bishop of Jamaica (and Honduras), resigning the see of Jamaica in 1880 due to recurring ill health, but retaining Honduras
