(1904-1986), Jockey, trainer and racing manager

Sitter in 20 portraits
Sir Gordon Richards was a champion jockey twenty-six times. He rode 4,870 winners and won fourteen classics between 1921 and 1954. Richards subsequently worked as a trainer and racing manager.
