Lida Moser
(1920-2014), PhotographerArtist of 89 portraits
Moser started as an assistant in 1947 in Berenice Abbott's studio. She went on to work for Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Look and many other magazines. During her long career she also worked as a photo editor and photographic illustrator for book covers and taught at various arts institutions. She authored and was included in many books and publications on and about photography. Her work has been exhibited around the world and is in the permanent collection of many museums and galleries.
