Mrs. William Cecil Russell Farmar [note spelling of surname] was born Elfrida Louisa Williams in 1873 in India (christened 06/10/1873 in the Bombay Presidency), the daughter of Major (later Colonel) Montgomery Williams (1837-1924) and his wife Elfrida Eliza Charlotte (née Routh) (1843-1921).
She married Captain (later Lt. Col.) William Cecil Russell Farmar (1869-1939) in 1899. She died on 17/08/1963 in Worthing.
William Cecil Russell Farmar was born 25/08/1869, possibly in Wexford, Ireland, and died in late 1939 in Gosport. He was an officer in the Royal Artillery.
