I have a photo of Prince Alexander Desta and myself having lunch together at the U.S Naval Academy back in 1952. I would like more information about him as he went home to Abyssinia. In the picture the prince was a midshipman himself at the Royal Naval College in Dartmouth, England. I was a first year (plebe) at “Navy”and was selected as brigade commander of my class, and thus given the privilege of accompanying the prince.
