I think this must be my great great uncle Bill.
My grandmother was Gertrude Mary Somerville Leedham-Green (nee Caldwell).
Her father was Kenneth. One of five surviving Caldwell boys.
The Somerville middle name is related to William Somerville, second husband of Mary Somerville (on our £10 note).
William Calwell’s Mother was a Somerville, who I think was sister to William Somerville, and first cousin to Mary Somerville (Mary was first cousin to her second husband).
