Landscape architect; designer of houses, gardens and civic landscapes throughout Britain and abroad. Among Jellicoe's many garden designs are those for Chequers, and the central area of the Royal Horticultural Society at Wisley. Author of the three-volume Studies in Landscape Design (1959-70).
