The Honnourable Lettice Bowlby was my beloved great~grandmother...whom I wish I had had the pleasure of meeting~.she looks very similar to my own dearest beautiful mother...mrs.Gina Anne Poole..(maiden name Bowlby~`)`.the whole of our family speak of her with much love,admiration and deep warm kind affection for the most wonderful strong,kind and christian~hearted and faithful woman and mother...of my darling late grandparents also.~.(her son.)*the major John Edward Richard Bowlby~.and my dearest Honorable Dorothy Bowlby...my kind and wonderful grandparents~.whom we used to visit regularly every yr.~.with love and warm kind affection~from her loving great~granddaughter here~.ms.Auriel M Poole~.and my three precious dearest daughters here...miss Lyrah Loula,Sarah Norah and Sophia may Poole~Aitougard.*.x
Despite my dearest great grandfather Geoffrey.. Bowlby dieing sadly on the western front..in 1915...leaving his wife Lettice Bowlby with her two young children she brought them up with her complete love,care warmth and complete affection.she refused other offers of marriage~...beleiving completley she would meet her husband in heaven...at a future time.*.and she remained faithful and to honnour his memory. She was brave,wonderful kind and Im deeply deeply proud that she was my beloved great~grandmother...whom I wish I had known..but we all feel so very close to her in our hearts&our spirits..and we feel very close to my great-grandfather Geoffrey Bowlby in our hearts&our souls also.May they rest in Peace..*:)*.my dear mother Mrs.Gina Poole has some more loving memories of her also.Thank you.*.from ms.Auriel m Poole&my precious family here.
