Winifred Alice de Salis was my mother. Her husband and my father was Count Peter de Salis. His father and my grandfather was John 7th Count de Salis. The title passed on to his first born son also called John. My father was the third son so he was never Count de Salis - he held the honarary title of Count Peter de Salis and therefore my mother was Countess Peter de Salis.
