Headley Baxter was my maternal grandfather, he was Captain of the British Davis Cup team (tennis) as well as a Wimbledon player. Telegraph obituary here although they have misspelt his forename.

I can summarize his singles and doubles tennis career if helpful? He was successful at Junior Wimbledon which may be why his portrait was completed in 1936 aged 17.
