Eldest son of Robert Cloke of Cloke Brothers Store, Borough Green. He was my uncle (mother’s brother) and I believe the youngest Midshipman during the Atlantic convoys of WW2. Also I’m lead to believe a good friend of Prince Philip.

He had responsibility for all lighthouses in the commonwealth and travelled a lot with his wife my aunty Joan.

I regret not getting to know him better.
