Film actor; although established as an actor during the 1980s (The Cook the Thief His Wife and Her Lover, 1989), Roth's move to America in 1990 and his association with director Quentin Tarantino made his career with films such as Reservoir Dogs (1992) and Pulp Fiction (1994).
