British photojournalist Burrows, began his career at Keystone Press agency before working at Life magazine's London bureau as a staff photographer. From 1961 and 1971 he was based in Hong Kong for Life and is best known for his coverage of the Vietnam War. He died with three fellow photojournalists when their helicopter was shot down over Laos.
