Architect, who designed the London Eye along with wife Julia Barfield. Marks used to work at Richard Roger's practice before setting up an office with his wife, in 1989. Their first project together was the World Sea Centre, in Toulon, France. Popularly known for their headline-grabbing designs, their next project is set to be the I-360 Tower in Brighton.
