Emily Blunt

Born in London, Blunt was named Best Newcomer for her debut in Peter Hall's production of The Royal Family (2001) at Theatre Royal, Haymarket. She came to prominence on screen in the British independent film My Summer of Love (2004) and received critical acclaim for her roles in Stephen Poliakoff's TV drama Gideon's Daughter (2005) and the film The Devil Wears Prada (2006). In 2009, Blunt played Queen Victoria in The Young Victoria, and in 2011 she starred in the British comedy film Salmon Fishing in the Yemem.
