John Benton-Harris

John Benton-Harris was born in New York, where he studied for a diploma in commercial photography. His professional career as an industrial photographer with the Sinclair Oil Corp. started in 1961. After military service he travelled to Europe; on his arrival in Britain he took a staff photographer's job with London Life magazine. He worked for many newspapers and magazines and his work is held in numerous museums and private collections.
