Barbara Bagenal is best remembered for her relationship with Saxon Sydney-Turner, less so for the one with Clive Bell. She and Saxon remained friends after her marriage in 1918 and until his death in 1962, when in the years leading up to his demise she cared for him as his health deteriorated.
