The engraver is Edward M. Richardson (1812–1869), sculptor and archaeologist. In the lower right it says "restored and engraved by Edward Richardson"; the monument to Bishop Richard de Wyche in Chichester Cathedral was restored by Richardson in 1846 (ODNB).
