I have 4 photos taken by Charles Knight that I found in a photo album I inherited from my mother. All the photos in the album seem to be taken by several photographers in Newport and Ryde, Isle of Wight. 3 of the photos are of what looks like sisters of my g.grandmother Marie Jeanne Beatrix Jouan, daughter of Louis Marie Jouan of Finistere, Bretagne, France and Harriett Morey of Carisbrooke, Newport. I have another photo of Marie Jeanne Beatrix Jouan which was taken by another photographer taken in 1882 with similar clothing.
The 4th photo is of a Reverend. I am wondering if this Reverend was Rev. Le Besque as I know there was a Rev. Le Besque in London at a later date offering himself as a guide for tours of France.
