I was one of Minah's early boyfriends, (mid '60's) pre any kind of show biz activity. She was the 'tea lady' in a police station on the edge of Clapham Common. Long after we broke up I would see her image on a billboard outside various Soho strip clubs. We met a few times and had a coffee during that period. Then later she moved up to films and modelling. During one magazine shoot for a feature on mixed marriages they needed a model to portray the white husband and she kindly called me and pulled me in, (the pic is available should you want to see) then later after I emigrated, on my brief visits home I would visit her flat, (Victoria are) for a chat, she boasted a lot of her relationship with actor Richard Johnson. I also have a 'photo booth' pic of us together, pre fame. Hope this helps.
