Sitter in 3 portraits
Susan Dallion, together with Sid Vicious and Steve Severin, debuted as The Banshees in 1976. In 1977 the re-formed band signed to Polydor with hits Hong Kong Garden and The Scream. In 1979 Budgie (Siouxie's future husband) joined the band and Ju Ju (1981) continued the band's vision of dysfunctional suburbia. Their version of the Beatles' Dear Prudence (1983) reached No 3. A Kiss in the Dreamhouse (1982) was the band's finest hour, though they continued with hits through the 80s and early 90s.
