Born in Partick, Glasgow, Jessie Daisy McGeoch. Daughter of Andrew Jackson McGeoch and Jessie (Janet) Reid. My great grandfather William McGeoch was her uncle. Her first marriage to Oswald Bayley was annulled but she married a surgeon. Percy Collins in 1907. Daisy McGeoch as she was known wrote many songs including the very popular two "Two Eyes of Grey". My mother Margot McGeoch was born in 1902 and her brother born in 1914 was Vice Admiral Sir Ian McGeoch who also has a portrait hanging in the National Portrait Gallery.
