Anthony Alexander ('Tony') Jarrett

Former Olympic hurdler and athlete, Jarrett 's sporting career has spanned over 20 years. He competed in the 110m hurdles at the 1988 Seoul Olympics and the 1992 Barcelona Olympics where he also competed in the 4 x 100m relay. He won silver in the 110m hurdles at the World Championships in Stuttgart in 1993 and his first Gold medal at the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur. He came 4th in the 110m hurdles at the 1992 summer Olympics in Barcelona, narrowly missing out on a bronze medal by 1000th of a second to Jack Pierce of the USA. He coaches young upcoming athletes, sharing his knowledge and experience, as well as coaching accomplished sports professionals in sprint and endurance conditioning.
