Recognised as a pioneer in the new media field, he has received numerous accolades since 1999 including being named by Internet Business Magazine in a list of top 10 internet designers and being one of the Creative Review's 'Stars of the New Millennium'. Has exhibited British design at the Design Council's 'GREAT Expectations' show in New York and the British Council's 'Great Brits' show in Milan/Tokyo. His works are archived in the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and London's Victoria and Albert Museum. Paralysed in 2003 after a swimming accident, he continues to work for a number of organisations as a consultant, completing commissioned works and was named London Design Museum's Designer of the Year in 2004.
