b. 31 March 1799. d. 6 December 1877. Major-General. Had been a Major in the 15th Hussars, and Lt.-Col. commanding 76th Regiment. DL, JP, High Sheriff of Devon 1862. Lived at Oxton House near Kenton, Devon.
