Dr Douglas M M Fraser was a family doctor in Eastry, Kent, from 1935 to 1957. Practicing from his home The Old Brewery in Eastry. He had a son Douglas. He retired to Trowbridge, Wiltshire in 1957. He was a "small bald chain smoking Scotsman with thick glasses who had an Old English Sheepdog and drove a shiny black Vauxhall." He was highly respected in the community.
